Visit our online returns portal or email our concierge team with your order number and photographs of the piece to begin the request.
Quality Approval
Once your request is submitted, our quality control team will review the details to ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewellery in its original Outhouse luxury packaging and outer box to ensure the delicate craftsmanship is protected during transit.
Collection & Processing
We will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your address; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
